Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and aligning ERMCO's offerings accordingly
