Mission

What you will drive

  • Own and grow a named set of ~60 strategic water utility accounts across the United States, developing structured annual and multi-year territory plans.
  • Drive complex enterprise sales cycles including qualification, discovery, RFP responses, and business case creation.
  • Build healthy pipeline through proactive outbound, strategic nurturing, and multithreading across senior leadership.
  • Orchestrate deal teams and navigate high-complexity procurement and competitive evaluations.

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years selling six-figure SaaS deals with experience carrying and exceeding a $1M+ quota.
  • Demonstrated success in long, complex enterprise sales cycles; public sector or regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and strategic skills with strong executive presence.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, resilient, and comfortable in fast-paced growth-stage environments.
