What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage pre-award activities including grant applications, budget development, and compliance with agency guidelines
- Support compliance and procurement processes including vendor contracts, subawards, and regulatory requirements
- Handle business operations including staff training, system enhancements, and cross-team collaboration
- Perform grant accounting and management including invoicing, financial reporting, expense monitoring, and grant reconciliation

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of non-profit grant accounting functions and experience with grant preparation and management
- Knowledge of federal regulations (FAR, OMB Circulars, AIDAR) and OMB Uniform Guidance for Federal Grants
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in fast-paced team environment
