Job Title: Statewide Organizing Manager
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach and evaluate a team of county organizers and Regional Organizing Managers
- Coordinate with regional organizing managers, county organizers and Data Coordinator to track and confirm base building data
- Oversee implementation of advocacy initiatives across the state, and in partnership with the programmatic priorities of NCBA
- Manage the seasonal training coordinator to ensure accuracy of GOTV training materials and education

Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven work experience, preferably in a 501c3 nonprofit organization (3+ years)
- Familiarity with the way nonprofit organizations are structured
- Ability to self-motivate, work with both close direction and independently, function well as a team member
- Strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines and the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace applications
- Bachelor's degree required
- North Carolina Resident Required
