Job Title: Statewide Organizing Manager

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach and evaluate a team of county organizers and Regional Organizing Managers
  • Coordinate with regional organizing managers, county organizers and Data Coordinator to track and confirm base building data
  • Oversee implementation of advocacy initiatives across the state, and in partnership with the programmatic priorities of NCBA
  • Manage the seasonal training coordinator to ensure accuracy of GOTV training materials and education

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven work experience, preferably in a 501c3 nonprofit organization (3+ years)
  • Familiarity with the way nonprofit organizations are structured
  • Ability to self-motivate, work with both close direction and independently, function well as a team member
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines and the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace applications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • North Carolina Resident Required
