What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Serves as lead for mid to large size Traffic/ITS projects, including quality control reviews and technical specifications
  • Business development including prospecting, proposal development, and project procurements with state and local agencies
  • Provides specialized technical expertise for studies, designs, and complex solutions to clients
  • Manages projects and teams, develops procedures, and contributes to engineering budgets and schedules
