State Traffic/ITS Leader - REMOTE

Core responsibilities:

• Serves as lead for mid to large size Traffic/ITS projects, including quality control reviews and technical specifications
• Business development including prospecting, proposal development, and project procurements with state and local agencies
• Provides specialized technical expertise for studies, designs, and complex solutions for transportation projects
• Manages project teams, budgets, schedules, and interdisciplinary reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables

This role contributes to improving transportation infrastructure and traffic management systems in multiple states, enhancing public safety and mobility through intelligent transportation solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Proven track record of obtaining and managing large Transportation projects with Local and State Agencies
• Expertise in Traffic and ITS disciplines with ability to serve as technical advisor
• Strong business development skills with established client relationships in transportation sector
• Excellent people management and leadership skills for project and team management
