State Traffic/ITS Leader - REMOTE

Core responsibilities:

• Serves as lead for mid to large size Traffic/ITS projects, including quality control reviews and technical specification preparation
• Business development activities including prospecting, proposal development, and project procurements with state and local agencies
• Provides specialized technical expertise for studies, designs, and complex technical solutions for clients
• Manages project teams, develops procedures, and contributes to engineering budget and schedule development

This role contributes to transportation infrastructure development and improvement in multiple states, potentially enhancing traffic flow, safety, and intelligent transportation systems.

Required qualifications:

• Proven track record of obtaining and managing large Transportation projects with Local and State Agencies
• Experience specifically within Traffic and ITS disciplines
• Strong technical expertise with ability to serve as technical advisor and lead projects
• Excellent people management skills and ability to lead teams
