Job Title: State Program Officer (EAII Advisors)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced State Program Officer (EAII Advisors) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to state and local governments, as well as other stakeholders, to help them implement effective programs and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to state and local governments, as well as other stakeholders, to help them implement effective programs and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including state and local government officials, community-based organizations, and other partners.
- Conduct site visits and provide on-site technical assistance to state and local governments, as well as other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement training and capacity-building programs for state and local governments, as well as other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement program strategies and plans.
- Provide written reports and other documentation to stakeholders, as needed.
About the Role:

- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of program development and implementation, as well as experience working with state and local governments.

- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public administration, public policy, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a related field, such as program development and implementation, or technical assistance.
- Strong understanding of program development and implementation, as well as experience working with state and local governments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel frequently, as needed.
