State Policy Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced State Policy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing state-level policy initiatives that align with our organization's mission and goals. The State Policy Manager will work closely with our policy team to identify key policy issues, develop strategic plans, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including state policymakers, advocacy groups, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of state-level policy issues, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Develop and implement state-level policy initiatives that align with our organization's mission and goals. Work closely with our policy team to identify key policy issues and develop strategic plans. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including state policymakers, advocacy groups, and community organizations. Develop and maintain relationships with state-level policymakers and their staff. Provide technical assistance and support to state-level policymakers and their staff.
