State Policy Manager

• Represent Hitachi Energy with state and local governments to drive energy and manufacturing policy
• Lead engagement in key states, including site visits and local advocacy efforts
• Develop messaging materials and secure thought leadership opportunities
• Advance grid, AI/data center, and manufacturing policy with state officials

This role helps shape the future of energy infrastructure in the United States, driving innovation and representing a global leader in grid technologies to support the transition to a more resilient and sustainable grid.

• Bachelor's degree
• 5–8 years of experience in state government relations or consultancy
• Proven success in Southeastern U.S. policy engagement
• Experience with grid and manufacturing policy
