Standardized Water Quality Monitoring Tools Consultant (PRO-WASH & SCALE)

Develop and finalize a package of standardized water quality monitoring tools for use by WASH Cluster partners across multiple humanitarian contexts.

• Design data architecture and data systems for water quality monitoring.
• Create dashboard templates and data models using Power BI.
• Ensure tools can be rolled out as part of the cluster toolkit globally.

This role will enable WASH Cluster partners to effectively collect, manage, and act on water quality data, improving water safety and public health in humanitarian contexts globally.

• Expertise in data architecture and data systems, including Kobo/XLSForm, Microsoft Excel/Power Query, and Power BI.
• Experience with dashboard template creation and data modeling.
• Experience working with humanitarian and/or WASH sectors strongly preferred.

Consultancy contract for up to 30 days from May to November 2026. Compensation details not specified.
