KIP Summer 2026 - Operations Intern - Foundation for Economic Education

Core responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Operations team to evaluate and improve internal workflows and systems
• Analyze workflows, test new systems, and support team-wide communication and alignment
• Conduct research and analysis to support better decision-making for internal operations
• Support internal strategy, documentation, and team coordination

This role helps ensure the organization runs smoothly and efficiently, empowering team members with the tools and systems they need to thrive, ultimately supporting FEE's mission of advancing economic freedom and individual rights.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Curious, analytical, organized, and eager to solve internal challenges
• Ability to think like a consultant and diagnose operational problems
• Interest in optimizing internal operations and enhancing team collaboration
• Available every other Thursday from 1-4:00 PM ET for virtual professional development training
• Available for in-person summit at Stand Together's Headquarters in Arlington, VA June 3-4
