Mission

What you will drive

  • Design intuitive, end-to-end mobile experiences for business users that support complex business rules and workflows, translating employer policies, eligibility, and usage constraints into clear, rider-friendly interactions.
  • Define and evolve the multi-platform vision for Lime for Business, with a primary focus on employee and rider-facing experiences in the Rider mobile app across key use cases such as commute, business travel, and campus mobility.
  • Lead full-cycle user centered design, from discovery and concepting through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and final specs—grounded in user research, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success Managers to deliver and iterate on cohesive, high-quality mobile experiences that integrate seamlessly with Lime's existing Rider app architecture, design systems, and performance requirements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of experience in crafting, building and shipping quality consumer-facing products across a diverse group of platforms and form factors.
  • Expertise in mobile app design & development, preferred expertise in transportation, working with hardware partners.
  • Strong proficiency designing across web and multi-platform ecosystems.
  • An ability to own and drive the strategy and execution of entire end-to-end product solutions.
  • A process that grounds work in user research and considers the context of the user's experience.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with an ability to execute at a high level of aesthetic craft.
  • Experience working in a very dynamic environment.
  • Highly proficient with Figma and iterating quickly as the ideas evolve.
  • Experience participating in both foundational and evaluative research.
