Staff Technical Program Manager

• Lead the charge in delivering program success across the full product development lifecycle, including launch/GTM, and driving projects forward within the program
• Coordinate and oversee dependencies, collaborating with teams to ensure project success and accelerate milestones
• Conduct regular program/project reviews with leaders, providing status updates and recommending actions for success
• Foster collaboration at all levels—up, sideways, and down to the project level

This role drives important GTM initiatives and strategic execution, delivering benefits and realizing strategic goals through the design, planning, and delivery of strategic initiatives that have the potential for broad-scale impact.

• 6+ years of project/program management or similar experience
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• Proficiency in technical concepts and system architecture
• Strong leadership, prioritization, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal, presentation, written)

✅ Salary range in the US: $129,000.00 - $207,000.00
