Staff Technical Program Manager, Supply

• Align and influence key stakeholders across Product Management, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Operations to drive roadmap planning and execution of large-scale programs.
• Lead cross-functional development from concept to delivery, overseeing software deliverables and improving the delivery lifecycle across globally distributed teams.
• Take deep ownership of program outcomes by proactively anticipating risks, identifying dependencies, reducing ambiguity, and eliminating roadblocks.
• Communicate program health updates regularly with senior leadership and executives on schedule, status, risk, and change control.

This role drives the systems that power real-time vehicle management, fleet allocation, and operational decision-making across a global platform, enabling shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation in cities worldwide.

• 7+ years of technical program management experience working directly with product management and engineering teams.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex schedules on time, on-budget, and with high quality.
• Strong technical background with experience in mobile applications, cloud services, and machine learning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex technical details across audiences.

Base salary range reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer, with final base salary determined by location and relevant skills and experience. Total compensation may include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity. Remote position based in Canada.
