Staff Software Engineer, Lime for Business

• Develop services and features for Lime for Business, including employee-facing features in the Lime Rider app, operator-facing self-serve tooling, employer-facing admin portal, and features for channel partners.
• Partner closely with product and design to create intuitive and reliable business workflows for admins and employee riders.
• Navigate shared ownership by integrating with existing modules, collaborating across teams on APIs/contracts, and managing dependencies without destabilizing the core app.
• Improve quality through testing, instrumentation, performance work, and strong release discipline; contribute to continuous improvement and lead incident response.

This role helps build Lime for Business, enabling shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation for employees and businesses worldwide, reducing reliance on cars and promoting sustainable urban mobility.

• 12+ years of industry professional software development experience with a track record of building impactful products or systems.
• Experience in full stack web applications development, with a focus on backend systems.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
• Passion for safety, sustainability, urban mobility, and innovative transportation solutions.

Base salary range determined by location and relevant skills and experience. Total compensation may include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity. Remote work within Canada.
