- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on internal tools or B2B applications.
- Technical versatility across the stack, able to build both frontend and backend.
- Experience querying and integrating with data warehouses (specifically Snowflake) and building APIs.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to break down high-level goals into technical tasks.
