Staff Software Engineer, Internal Tools

• Design and develop internal web applications for secure data access and workflow automation.
• Integrate key business platforms like Snowflake, Zendesk, and Slack to automate workflows and visualize trends.
• Champion a 'least privilege' security approach by building UIs that transform sensitive data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manual pain points and build custom tooling to close process gaps.

This role enables Lime to reduce carbon emissions by making micromobility more efficient and accessible, directly contributing to a future of shared, affordable, and carbon-free transportation.

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on internal tools or B2B applications.
• Technical versatility across the stack, able to build both frontend and backend.
• Experience querying and integrating with data warehouses (specifically Snowflake) and building APIs.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to break down high-level goals into technical tasks.

Base salary range reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer, with final base salary determined by location and relevant skills/experience. Total compensation may include discretionary annual performance bonus and equity. Remote position within the United States.
