Staff Software Engineer, Internal Tools

• Design and develop internal web applications for secure data access and workflow automation.
• Integrate key business platforms (Snowflake, Zendesk, Slack) to automate workflows and visualize trends.
• Champion security by building UIs that reduce raw data access needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manual process pain points.

This role enables Lime to scale its micromobility operations efficiently by automating manual processes and improving data security, directly supporting the transition to shared, carbon-free transportation.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building internal tools or B2B applications.
• Full-stack development skills with ability to build frontend and backend.
• Experience with Snowflake, APIs, and data warehouse integration.
• Strong systems thinking and agile sprint cycle experience.
