Staff Software Engineer, Growth

• Drive 0→1 product development and iteration for new AI-powered product concepts from prototype to production.
• Own architecture and scale emerging products, defining patterns and frameworks for rapid iteration without sacrificing quality.
• Act as a technical force multiplier by mentoring engineers, unblocking teams, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.

This role creates positive change by bringing AI-driven product ideas to life that help organizations navigate uncertainty, maintain trust, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny, ultimately enabling more efficient and transparent business operations.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering complex systems from concept to production.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, Go, or similar modern languages, and relational databases like Postgres.
• Experience building and shipping AI-powered features (LLM integrations, copilots, agent-based workflows) in customer-facing applications.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive solutions from early-stage ideas to production systems.

Salary range in the US: $129,000 - $207,000. Discretionary bonus typically paid annually. Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire. 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package.
