Mission
What you will drive
- Act as the primary authority on Design for Reliability (DfR) for critical battery components, mentoring peers and guiding cross-functional DFMEAs
- Translate high-level product goals into rigorous reliability requirements and define the roadmap for verifying component lifetimes
- Design and execute complex experiments and accelerated life tests (ALT) to uncover failure mechanisms
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to translate test data into robust reliability and lifetime prediction models

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in Engineering or a related field with 7+ years of hands-on industry experience in product development and hardware reliability
- Deep expertise in developing reliability test plans, accelerated life tests, and statistical data analysis packages (using JMP, Python, Minitab, or Reliasoft)
- Strong understanding of Reliability and Quality fundamentals and industry best practices
- Proven ability to independently advance experiments from conception through execution and root cause analysis
