๐ข About Overstory
Overstory leverages real-time satellite data and AI to help utilities reduce wildfire risk and improve grid reliability, directly combating climate change. Their mission-driven focus on environmental impact, combined with cutting-edge AI technology, makes them a unique place to work for those passionate about sustainability.
About This Role
As Staff Product Manager for AI, you'll lead the creation of a new AI-native grid resilience product from scratch, defining the problem and shipping the first version. You'll work closely with engineering and design to build agentic workflows that directly help utilities prevent wildfires, making a tangible impact on safety and climate resilience.
๐ก A Day in the Life
Your day might start with a standup with engineering and design to review progress on an AI agent prototype, then you'll analyze user feedback from utility customers and adjust the product roadmap. After lunch, you could run an eval on the latest model iteration, followed by a cross-functional meeting to align on success metrics for the upcoming release.
