Staff Netsuite Program Manager

• Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend updated processes leveraging NetSuite capabilities and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in USA, EU, and India to gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to help drive NetSuite solutions that align with business needs.
• Drive streamlined Finance order management processes into scalable global system solutions.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of NetSuite order management modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge around order management business processes, and how systems should flow between a CRM and ERP system.
