Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Research and apply for funding from foundations and funding institutions (including writing funding applications)
- Manage and maintain donor and funding relationships (including reporting tasks)
- Maintain and develop our donation CRM (including data quality, evaluations, reports)
- Close coordination with the fundraising and campaign teams to develop coordinated donation appeals
- Plan and implement fundraising campaigns (e.g., our annual matching challenge)
- Monitor key figures, budget planning and success evaluation
- Further develop internal fundraising processes and structures
- Contribute to the implementation and further development of a sustainable fundraising strategy
