Staff Fullstack Engineer

As an integral part of our engineering team, you will help build our innovative SaaS tool that allows companies to measure and track their Carbon and ESG data, set reduction goals and report on progress towards a cleaner future.

• Solve complex problems creatively and effectively while comprehending the broad architecture of the entire system
• Lead the design, planning, estimation, testing, and coordination for multi-quarter team projects
• Improve team skills through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring while leading projects with multiple contributors
• Propose and research new technologies while developing and overseeing team testing strategies

You will be building tools that help companies manage their climate impact, thereby contributing to a better future for everyone by addressing climate change, the defining challenge of our era.

• 8+ years of experience as a full stack software developer with deep knowledge of high level programming languages like Ruby & React
• Experience as a technical leader of a team capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to have significant impact on product and drive technical decisions for the team
• Passion for solving problems, developing solutions and building products with enthusiasm, self-motivation and autonomy
