Staff Engineer

• Lead and evolve the technical architecture for the PVcase platform, spanning frontend, backend, data, and APIs.
• Tackle complex, cross-cutting technical challenges and guide teams through ambiguous problem spaces.
• Amplify technical excellence through mentoring, by championing best practices and leading by example.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to align our technical roadmap with business strategy and identify and mitigate technical risks in new initiatives.

This role directly enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of solar project development worldwide, accelerating the global transition to clean energy and helping achieve a net-zero economy.

• Proven track record in software engineering with significant experience leading the design, architecture, and delivery of complex, scalable, and resilient software systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, messaging architectures, service-oriented architecture).
• Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Architectural fluency across the full stack, with the ability to make and defend critical decisions on both backend and frontend systems.
