Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide holistic and trauma-informed legal advice and counsel to victims of sexual violence
- Represent clients in court, prepare legal documents, investigate complaints, and prepare cases for trial or administrative proceedings
- Handle caseloads including Title IX proceedings, protection orders, criminal justice advocacy, landlord-tenant matters, and employment discrimination
- Collaborate with internal and external groups addressing sexual violence issues throughout Pennsylvania

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and Pennsylvania law license
- Minimum of three years' legal practice experience with significant courtroom experience preferred
- Strong research, writing, editing, and oral communication skills with litigation experience
- Understanding of cultural and socioeconomic diversity issues related to sexual violence services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with trauma-informed approach
