Staff Analytics Engineer, Lime for Business

• Design and implement the long-term technical vision for Lime for Business’ data warehouse and semantic layer.
• Translate complex business concepts into scalable, well-tested data models using dbt.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Operations to translate business requirements into trusted data products.
• Lead development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt, and define best practices for SQL style, modular modeling, CI/CD workflows, and automated data testing.

This role enables Lime for Business to scale its B2B mobility solutions, helping companies reduce commute times and advance sustainability goals, thereby contributing to a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free.

• 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles.
• Deep expertise with Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow in production environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience implementing automated data testing and CI/CD workflows.
• Proven track record leading large technical domains and setting architectural direction.

Base salary range reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer, with final base salary determined by candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Total compensation may include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity.
