What you will drive

  • Manage grant billing processes, prepare reports and budgets, and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Administer payroll including staff allocations, timecard reviews, and system maintenance.
  • Assist with audit preparation, reconcile grant activity, and respond to auditor inquiries.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience with demonstrated success in grant billing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
