Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage full life cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including recording vendor invoices, credit card transactions, contributions revenue, and ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.
  • Support general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end closes, balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with payroll processing and personnel cost allocations.
  • Contribute to systems and process optimization to strengthen financial infrastructure for organizational growth.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Associateโ€™s degree and at least two years of professional nonprofit accounting experience.
  • Working knowledge of fund accounting and GAAP for nonprofits; proficiency in fund accounting software and intermediate spreadsheet skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical and reconciliation skills, and ability to interpret policies and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and collaboration skills; high integrity and confidentiality.
