Mission
What you will drive
- Execute full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, including posting positions, sourcing talent, and managing the recruitment process.
- Own and manage regional talent acquisition programs such as early career, career fairs, referrals, and sourcing campaigns.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics using ATS and Excel.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of equivalent work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner required.
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline preferred.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and attention to detail skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
