Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Execute full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, including posting positions, sourcing talent, and managing the recruitment process.
• Own and manage regional talent acquisition programs such as early career, career fairs, referrals, and sourcing campaigns.
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics using ATS and Excel.

• 4+ years of equivalent work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner required.
• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline preferred.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and attention to detail skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Anticipated base salary range: $95,000 - $115,000 (bonus eligible). Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401(k) with 6% match, 4 weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and more.
