Sr Staff Product Designer

• Lead design strategy and execution for large, multi-product or multi-system initiatives.
• Define long-term experience vision, frameworks, and standards that scale across teams.
• Partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders to shape strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Mentor and coach designers across levels, helping them grow their craft, influence, and strategic thinking.

This role helps shape the future of Workiva's product experience, bringing intuitive, cohesive experiences to life that demonstrate measurable impact on user outcomes, customer experience, and business results.

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design with strong portfolio showcasing complex systems, end-to-end ownership, and high-impact work.
• Expertise in UX, interaction, and visual design, with strong fluency in design systems and accessibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that span multiple product areas or teams.
• Strong facilitation skills — able to create alignment in ambiguous or high-stakes environments.

• Salary range in the US: $177,000.00 - $284,000.00
• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
