Sr Software Developer- .NET

• Lead all phases of system development life cycle, analyzing complex business and technical problems to deliver software components.
• Write, test, and implement high-quality code for SharePoint/SharePoint Online using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Provide Tier 3 support for SharePoint and drive resolution of escalated IT issues.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce software development standards.

This role supports Republic Services' environmental sustainability mission by developing and maintaining software that optimizes waste management and recycling operations, contributing to a more sustainable world.

• Minimum 5 years of web development and object-oriented programming in .NET or C#.
• Minimum 6 months experience with SharePoint Online or Office 365.
• Minimum 2 years leading development team activities (code reviews, build/deployment processes).
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, data warehouse concepts, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub).
