Sr. SaaS Configuration Specialist

• Lead the design and implementation of complex technical systems solutions for Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies for utilities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business drivers and objectives to develop tailored solutions.
• Oversee the preparation of gap analysis reports, use-case documents, and Technical Requirements and Specification Documents.
• Manage full life cycle implementation of enterprise software systems and mentor junior analysts.

This role directly supports utilities in implementing energy efficiency and clean energy solutions, contributing to carbon reduction and a more sustainable energy future.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems development, specializing in energy efficiency management systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms or web development tools.
• Preferred advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or MBA with Technology Management focus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to guide teams and manage projects.
