Sr. Project Developer

• Lead complex geothermal development projects from early-stage through full contract execution, managing budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
• Originate new opportunities, manage pipeline, and meet or exceed sales/revenue targets through client engagement and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project communications, and drive stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation.

This role accelerates the adoption of clean energy by leading geothermal projects that reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field AND 3–7 years of experience in sales, project management, or project implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy, real estate development, MEP, environmental engineering, construction, or architecture.
• Proven delivery of 3+ complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines, with experience managing client-facing projects and meeting performance targets.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
