What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering managers, and product teams to define product requirements, functionality, and priorities
  • Use global processes to understand scope, complexity, dependencies, and needed product functionality
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across products within a product family
  • Responsible for collaboration of full end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to decommission with product teams
  • Travel extensively to field and farm (25-40%) to visit customers, prospects, and sales teams

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Experience with autonomous vehicles, heavy machinery, and/or robotics preferred
  • Advanced Product Manager knowledge working with large scale industrial or agricultural equipment
  • Proven ability to rapidly articulate and drive strategic trade-off decisions
  • Proven execution in defining and building customer & market driven needs through data driven requirements documentation
  • Strong understanding of technical terms, processes, and practices of products within scope
  • Proven communication skills; highly credible with customers; proven customer focus, empathy and design thinking
  • Highly collaborative and ability to influence without authority; proven ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
