Sr. Product Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of product features and initiatives, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback, stakeholder input, and product data to inform prioritization and feature decisions.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Client Success, Growth, Operations, and Legal to capture requirements and align on priorities.
• Contribute to the evolution of Ethic's client-facing platform and internal tooling, including reporting, data presentation, and overall usability.

This role contributes to building technology that enables values-aligned investing, empowering advisors and institutions to deliver investments that reflect what matters most to them and their clients, ultimately driving positive outcomes for investors and contributing to a more sustainable and prosperous future.

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of delivering features against a roadmap.
• Experience working on B2C or user-facing products, ideally in a fintech or technology-driven environment.
• Familiarity with investment or financial products and the core functionality of financial platforms.
• Strong ability to define user flows and collaborate on UX, even without being a designer.
• Experience working with data-driven products, reporting features, or analytics-driven decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $140,000 - $150,000 per year
