Mission

What you will drive

  • Prioritize, investigate, and drive corrective action for performance issues identified during facility operation
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis using data analysis, first principles, on-site investigation, or other means as needed
  • Validate software/firmware updates in coordination with vendors and stakeholders to confirm documented changes and prevent unintended consequences
  • Support performance testing as required under individual contracts for each facility

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-focused problem solving and troubleshooting using data analytics
  • Experience in commissioning, performance testing, maintenance, and/or design of BESS or other power generating facilities
  • Knowledge and experience with SCADA protocols (i.e. DNP3 and Modbus) and industrial communication networks
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of time, potentially on short notice
