What you will drive
- Implement customer feedback (changes/enhancements) by understanding expectations clearly, designing, and building solutions
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution, including investigating complex issues, analyzing logs and system performance, and handling incidents like application crashes or data inconsistencies
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1 to 4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET Core 6/7/8, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI)
- Good working knowledge of Angular 7+, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and databases like Cosmos DB, Elastic Search, Redis, MSSQL
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Event Driven Architecture, Domain Driven Architecture, Microservices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with UI and unit testing (MS Test, Jasmine, MOQ, NUnit, Karma), object-oriented programming, and troubleshooting complex performance issues
