Sr. Manager, AI/ML & Software Development

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams responsible for AI/ML software development, including backend services, ML-enabled applications, and supporting infrastructure
• Own delivery execution for AI/ML software initiatives, ensuring projects meet quality, security, scalability, and timeline expectations
• Translate strategic AI initiatives into well-scoped engineering plans, roadmaps, and deliverables
• Establish and track KPIs for software and AI/ML delivery effectiveness, reliability, and business impact

This role creates positive change by developing AI and machine learning solutions that drive innovation for luxury electric vehicles, contributing to a more sustainable future of mobility.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML systems, or related technical domains
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Strong background in Python-based software development and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging Face
