Sr. HR Business Partner

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational growth and objectives.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management initiatives.
• Provide HR expertise in performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, and compliance.
• Analyze workforce data to drive informed decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's or HR certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP experience supporting complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
