Sr Director, Performance Marketing

Lead the development and execution of our performance marketing strategy, driving growth and revenue through data-driven decision making. Develop and manage a high-performing team of performance marketers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, creative, and media, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our performance marketing efforts. Manage and optimize our marketing budget, ensuring ROI and maximizing revenue growth. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including media agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.

10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive decision making. Experience with marketing automation platforms and data management systems. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search, social, and email.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $210,000 and $240,000. The role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits.
