What makes you a great fit

  • 8–12 years of digital marketing experience with strong paid-media ownership; at least 3 years leading a team.
  • Expertise in Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and retail-media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Instacart).
  • Proven record of optimizing >$5M annual media budgets with measurable ROI.
  • Deep familiarity with analytics, pixel tracking, and marketing attribution models.
