Sr Business Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Analyze the needs of complex functional business areas and provide recommendations on system solutions or procedures
• Act as liaison between business and IT departments to ensure scope of work is clearly documented, communicated, and validated
• Work closely with IT experts to design, develop, document, test and validate solutions that meet business requirements
• Lead projects and mentor other Business Analysts as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity working with business systems
• Minimum 1 year project management/coordination experience tracking and organizing business analysis documentation
• Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis
• Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification
