What you will drive

  • Manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Energy Solutions and its products to support product and organizational goals.
  • Translate business objectives and technical offerings into clear marketing strategies, activation plans, and messaging frameworks.
  • Develop and guide marketing messaging, value propositions, and positioning that translate complex technical concepts into audience-focused communications.
  • Define and track marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign results, and generate insights to inform future strategies.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • Eight years of progressive experience leading brand marketing initiatives, campaigns, or communications strategies, preferably within energy, sustainability, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing or go-to-market strategies across multiple channels and stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced writing, editing, and content development skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible communications.

Benefits

Salary range: $105,000 - $137,000 annually (target $105,000 - $123,300). Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, pre-tax contribution plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
