Sr. Analyst , Sustainability Services

The Senior Analyst will work collaboratively with Winrock’s Sustainability Services team to support Winrock’s work with clients in the food, land, and agriculture (FLAG) sector. The Senior Analyst will perform administrative and project coordination tasks, in addition to contributing technical expertise to ongoing projects.

• Support administrative and operational work across the Sustainability Services team, and Project Management and Technical support within the Food and Agriculture unit
• Lead or support quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of technical deliverables related to GHG mitigation in the agricultural sector
• Draft and support the completion of client deliverables, including memos, presentations, and weekly or monthly communication
• Support the management of an internal project management system that Sustainability Services uses to track progress against project deliverables

This role helps corporate clients in the FLAG sector identify decarbonization opportunities and implement climate mitigation strategies, contributing to reduced greenhouse gas emissions and more sustainable agricultural practices.

• Bachelor’s degree required; master degree preferred
• 2 year minimum of professional work experience in the sustainability or environmental field
• Experience working directly within the Food, Land, and Agriculture sector strongly preferred
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred
