Sr Analyst Strategy & Business Transformation

• Discover, document, and support the design of effective processes, procedures, and methods as part of the Strategic Initiative process.
• Partner with BTO managers to ensure prioritized projects and initiatives are planned, executed, and monitored, including reporting on milestones and expected results.
• Support the Strategic Initiatives portfolio by evaluating financial metrics, project risks, and milestones to ensure portfolio success.
• Provide change management support and guidance to functional leaders to support transition needs.

This role drives change and supports strategic initiatives that help Republic Services advance circularity and decarbonization, contributing to a more sustainable world through improved waste management and recycling processes.

• 4-7 years of experience performing business & financial analysis and translating business needs into definable solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office suite with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to read financial statements and understand proforma models to create definable solutions.
• Experience with process documentation, design, data reporting, and quantitative analysis preferred.
