Sr. Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting

The Sr. Analyst, People Analytics and Reporting will:

• Manage complex HR data projects from intake to deployment, using HRIS (Workday), Snowflake, and Power BI to provide insights for business decisions.
• Develop ad hoc and live analytical solutions, including dashboards and tools, to support HR and operational teams in understanding organizational performance.
• Ensure data governance and security, standardize and cleanse system data, and implement processes to improve data integrity and reporting effectiveness.
• Analyze and interpret data, create technical specifications, and present findings to executive and operational leadership through written and verbal communication.

This role creates positive change by leveraging HR data to drive informed business decisions, improve organizational health, and support the management of human capital analytics, ultimately contributing to a more effective and data-driven workplace for a Fortune 300 company.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Analytics roles with increasing responsibility, including project management of technical HR projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and data extraction from large data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), along with experience in business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information, formulate insights, and develop recommendations for human capital analytics.
• Experience with HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time to hire), workflow modeling, data storytelling, and tools like SharePoint and Agile software (e.g., Rally).
