Sr. Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting

The Sr. Analyst, People Analytics and Reporting will:

• Manage complex HR data projects from intake to deployment, using HRIS (Workday), Snowflake, and PowerBI to provide insights for business decisions.
• Develop ad hoc and live analytical solutions, including dashboards and tools, to support HR and operational teams.
• Ensure data governance and security, standardize and audit system data, and maintain data cleanliness and integrity.
• Analyze and interpret data, create executive briefings, and present findings to leadership to support human capital management.

This role creates positive change by leveraging HR data to drive informed business decisions, improve organizational health, and support the management of human capital, ultimately contributing to a more effective and data-driven workplace.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Analytics with increasing responsibility, including project management of technical HR projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and data extraction from large data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), along with experience in business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information, formulate insights, and engage in data storytelling.
• Experience with HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time to hire), workflow modeling, and agile project management techniques.
