Sr Analyst Digital Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Owner to drive product vision and development, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• Serve as Product Owner for one or more scrum teams, leading team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Support the development, deployment, maintenance, and evolution of technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Facilitate proof-of-concept and pilot activities to validate solutions and benefits, and socialize project deliverables with key stakeholders.

This role helps transform service delivery at Republic Services by creating future-state products and processes that drive operational efficiency and business value, ultimately supporting the company's vision to create a more sustainable world.

• 3-5 years' experience in a support role with a top-tier consulting, transportation, or logistics firm
• Experience utilizing Agile Project delivery methodologies and familiarity with organizational and project change management processes
• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with ability to develop deep understanding of current-state operational processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create content in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
