Sr. Analyst Data Analytics & Reporting

The Sr. Analyst Data Analytics & Reporting will:

• Manage complex HR data projects from intake to deployment, using HRIS (Workday), Snowflake, and PowerBI to provide insights for business decisions.
• Develop ad hoc and live analytical solutions, including dashboards and tools, to support HR and operational teams.
• Ensure data governance and security, maintain data systems, and implement processes to improve data integrity and reporting effectiveness.
• Analyze and interpret data, formulate insights, and present recommendations to leadership through data storytelling.

This role creates positive change by leveraging HR data to drive informed business decisions for a Fortune 300 company, improving organizational health and supporting sustainability goals through effective data management and storytelling.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Analytics with increasing responsibility, including project management of technical HR projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, JSON, and data extraction from large data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), along with experience in business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information, set timelines, and influence peers and partners.
• Experience in data modeling, workflow modeling, and HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time to hire), plus knowledge of Agile project management techniques and tools like Rally.
