What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and coordinate all mental health activities in the project region
- Ensure quality of care by analyzing statistics and reports
- Manage personnel involved in mental health activities according to MSF protocols
- Identify mental health support needs of the population and participate in developing MSF strategies accordingly

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- For psychiatrist profile: Medical degree with registered psychiatry diploma OR psychiatry resident with 3 years validated plus 2 years adult psychiatry experience
- For psychologist profile: Bachelor's in psychology plus Master's in clinical psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as psychiatrist with adults OR minimum 3 years as clinical psychologist with diverse mental health experience
- Professional skills in diagnosis and treatment plan development
- Experience with individual, family, and group sessions using counseling/psychotherapy methods
