Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct reactive research and prepare briefing materials for Executive & Development Staff for events and meetings, focusing on constituents' wealth, interests, and relationships.
- Partner with Major Gifts Officers and Foundation Officers on strategy development.
- Manage research needs for Mission Staff's meetings with donors.
- Assess capacity, interests, philanthropy, and relationships to identify and qualify new prospective donors.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Associate degree or equivalent with at least 3 years relevant experience; Bachelor's degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Prospect Research, including targeted Google searches, Salesforce, LexisNexis, Foundation Directory Online, RelSci.
- Demonstrated ability to peruse large volumes of information and present findings clearly.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to manage multiple requests.
